The design concept for the Bahama Beach Club was to provide a Tropical Look that would be durable to the harsh seaside environment. The Boulders allow separation between the salt spray and the lawn areas. The use of curves, boulders and contrast in color and texture make the design style unique to Neitzel Design Group.

Project encompassed Landscape Entrance Features and the beginning and ending of the Washington Avenue Shopping and Entertainment Area. Project also included locating Palm planters to provide a green corridor that does not conflict with Signage and utilities. Plant material needed to meet FDOT site and recovery guidelines and have hardiness to hold up to the harsh urban environment.
Residential design requires specific design challenges and approaches different from the Commercial Project. Each area of the Residential Garden requires professional expertise to each detail and input from the client unique to the scale the garden will be viewed. How the front garden handles how the residence is presented to the road or how the rear garden handle its use as a outdoor living area are imperative to Residential Garden Design.
