Neitzel Design Group’s Residential Design Services focus on quality designs that effectively address both client’s needs and the preservation or enhancement of the Florida ecological landscape. Client objectives for each project include:

Neitzel Design Group has always been sensitive to the Genius Loci (Spirit of the Place) that embodies the South Florida People and Environment. Our design services implements xeric design principles (less water), incorporates native plant material, and looks to the Florida's Natural Landscape as a basis for design.
Neitzel Design Group offers three Residential Design Services.
The Grumble is a Master Landscape Development for large properties with several significant site features such as helipads, docks, or recreational acitivities.
The Vizcayan is the complete design service for mediaum to large residential estates. The service includes Questionarie, Site Analysis, Conceputal Design with 3d modeling, Preliminary Design, and Final Design. Budget Estimates and Final Estimates, Bid Review Lighting and Irrigation. Hardscape.
The Third Residential Design Service is the Biscayne Sketch Plan. The Biscayne Sketch Design and Planting Workshop is for tract residential communites with a focus on one specifica rarea wheter a front garden or rear garden. Includes a Landscape Sketch Plan in color with an elevation and/or 3d model. Services start at $800.00 and provide estimate for providing plants awhich includes the planting workshop. Irrigation in South Florida should be treated as a necessary service due to dry conditions during our winters. However, other services such as lighting, pool design, or renderings are available but may not be included in standard design packages. Related Residential Services include:
